A Girl on a Swoosh

Hello.  Welcome.  Today I am over on the Colourcraft blog with a card using Brusho's, Aztec Paint and die cuts.  The season of love is approaching and the Colourcraft team are exploring New and Love this month.  I tried a new to me technique; using a mask and Brusho powder to make a background.

I used Scarlet Brusho powder for the background and Copper Aztec paint to dry brush the card I used for the Heart Swoosh, a Poppystamp die.  I also cut Poppystamps Pearched Fairy in black card, no wings this time, and the Thinking of you is a Joy Clair stamp stamped with archival ink.

Do pop over to the Colourcraft blog for all the details and don't forget to check out all the amazing and varied inspiration from the team.

Thanks for dropping by.  Hugz

That mask did a great job; beautiful heart in the background and I really love your grungy layers! I like to use that fairy without here wings too! She looks good wherever you let her sit...and there are not that many sitting-ladies-die cuts...
Great card! Thank you for joining us at TIME OUT Challenges!
