Hello Nomad friends. I have a quick and simple card using Carmen's Veranda's adorable small Baby Elephant over on the Lost Coast Portal to Creativity today for the Critters Challenge.
No colouring, except for the bow and edging, as I used my patterned card to good effect. I stamped the Baby Elephant
on a piece of slightly grungy patterned card with black archival ink.
Then I cut around her feet and trunk, edged with a black marker and
glued a piece of brick patterned card below as a wall for her to peek
over. We know it's a her cos I borrowed a bow from Carmen's Veranda's Reindeer Doll,
stamped, coloured pink and red and fussy cut. Perfect size for this
little elephant. I edged the panel and the card base in pink and
stamped the sentiment from Lost Coast Designs Party Words set.
Have you seen the party words set??? So many of the sentiment would go
great on this card; Happy Birthday, Congratulations, Thinking of you,
Happy Everything, It's a Party, You're invited, Don't Worry, Be Happy
etc etc.
