The background is yellow, ultra marine and turquoise brusho's. Applied with ye olde spritz, sprinkle, spritz method. I stamped the Rubber Dance sentiment using blue chalk ink and clear embossed. The cat is High Hopes Mercat and the fish is an Inkadinkado stamp, both coloured with sharpies.

Hello there! I'm visiting from the Cat Lovers Hop! This kitty made me smile! A mermaid cat - and she is loving every minute of it! Rocking that bikini as well! Sweet images and lovely background! Great colour combo - I was wishing I could enter that Twofer challenge but I don't think I'll get in my craftroom at all. I am enjoying the hop though!
