I used Taylored Expressions Southwest Cutting plate on black card, selectively removed the negative cuts, and mounted on an orange base card. I stamped and embossed Unity Stamp Co. Tabitha, coloured with distress ink and promarkers and fussy cut. I cut the bristles off her broom and added a Dress It Up flower shaped button instead.
