Hello Nomad friends. Another predawn experiment, playing with Rubber Dance Something Fishy stamps and Darice Retro Circles embossing folder, and a card was born.
I don't often end up where I thought I would, and often don't have a clear view of where I am going. Might possibly be the story of my life. I usually just go with the flow, finding a thing or a couple of things that look like they might go together and seeing where they lead. Definitely the story of my life! I stamped the Rubber Dance fish, blue on blue with a little masking. Then I decided it needed some texture so I embossed it and smeared the raised areas with grey ink. A little white gel pen on the eyes and I mounted the panel on a 10cm x 15cm dark blue panel. Grabbing a base card, it was only 10cm x 10cm, but actually......... I'm calling this artist easel style.
If you are making anything with Rubber Dance stamps add it to the June album in the Rubber Dance Stamping Lounge for a chance to win a voucher to the shop.
