Hello Nomad friends. It's been a day. Not convinced I got my colours right on this, but it looks better in the real.
I used a diamond pattern card panel, stamped Crafty Individuals Bauble into the pattern and embossed with silver powder. I used a sky blue Promarker to colour the baubles and distressed the panel edge and coloured with cadet blue Promarker.
I took three bottle caps, squashed them a little to reflex the edge and ran various blue Promarkers around the inside rim. I stamped the smallest stamp from the Bauble set on dark blue card, embossed with silver powder and die cut with a circle die. i glued the die cut embossed circles into the bottle caps.
I added the bottle caps and three screw brads to the baubles and mounted the panel on a blue card base.

Nice card with the baubles, nice technique.
I think you put your card on the wrong spot, seeing that you want to partake in the challenge...you out it on the weekly list instead of the challenge list.
