Shake, Rattle and Blow

Hello.  Welcome.  The wind is blowing and the house is shaking.  Baby, it's wild out there!!  Hope you are all safe and warm.  Over at Cheery Lynn it's all about winter whites so I decided to make a wedding card.  I know it's a popular time to get married.  Dreams of the wedding photo's with a sunny snowy backdrop.  Very white on white

Looking at her now, maybe I should have fashioned her some sleeves!!  A bit chilly wedding frock for a winter celebration!!  Ah well.  I used my new Sizzix Alpine Pattern embossing folder for my first layer.   I cut Cheery Lynn Celtic Fire Oval Frame, leaving the negative cuts in place, and backed it with card embosssed with Cuttlebug Snowflakes embossing folder.  I stamped the Prima doll Lorrena and fussy cut her.  I have added tiny flowers cut using Cheery Lynn Dandelion die to her bodice, belt and headband.  I used clear Wink of Stella on her dress, bodice and head band and added some lace to the bottom of her dress.

Hi Iona, what a beautiful card and a great idea to use the Dandelion die to accent her dress. Hope you don't have too much damage from the storm, it has certainly been wild here in Scotland the past 2 days and still more to come.
Thanks so much for joining in the challenge at Cheery Lynn Designs and good luck.

She definitely would be chilly in all that winter white! I think she looks fab - a rebel!
