Elegant in Paris

Hello Nomad friends.  10th of the month so time for a new challenge at Let's Squash It!   This month we want you to Squash Those Scraps!!!!   Any embossing folder and include scraps on your card.  I was inspired by Jo's fabulous Technique Time post to squash some patterned scraps.....

I found some scraps......

Arranged them in a pleasing manner and squashed with sizzix Paris embossing folder.

I decided to highlight the texture with distress ink, yellow ink on the yellow bits and blue ink on the blue/white bits.

I stamped, coloured and fussy cut Crafty Individuals elegant lady and added a norwegian Rubber Dance stamped sentiment which reads to a friend.....

Join the fun.  Squash Some Scraps.  Check the blog for lovely inspiration from Jo and our awesome guest.   See you there.....

Thanks for dropping by.  Hugz

Wow ~ This turned out really cool! I thought it was 2 -3 different embossing folders at first and then learned how you achieved the effect. I'll have to give that a try. Thank you for the inspiration.

I already admired your card on Let's Squash It challenge blog and it looks really unique and amazing! Love the vintage lady in the focal point and the green really catches the eyes. Fabulous and inspiring embossing on scraps of design paper! As Karen says, it seems there are some different embossing folders, well done with the inking!
Thanks so much for sharing with us at We Love Stamping May challenge!
