Hello Nomad Friends. Weather wise the day started surprisingly well, and has ended predictably wet!!! Changeable is what they call it. I got a flower bed in the garden tidied this morning and then adjorned to the craft room for some stamp/cut therapy.
I
used the Santa from the Paper Smooches Santa Paws set the other day, but there are
other stamps in this set where xmas is optional. I decided to stamp
this cute long dog and use the Fused Frame die for a CAS card. I stamped the dog and then the bird, using Bluebird archival ink on a piece of card that matched my card base, fussy cut round the dog's nose, and then did a tricky cut with the Fused Frame die. Then I cut the frame again from the darker blue card and added them to the card base in an ascetically pleasing manner. I added a bit of ground using Weathered Wood distress marker. The hello is a Stamplorations Skinny Sentiment die, cut from the same card as the base and frame.
