Penguin Time

Hello.  Welcome.  Have you seen my candy?  Check out that post for a chance to win and an ATC swap.  Taking a little break from Halloween and looking forward to Christmas with a cute card using Cheery Lynn dies and an LOTV image.

I wanted to try a white and kraft colour scheme because I've been seeing some beautiful cards around with that colour combo.  I'm quite pleased with the result.  I used a kraft card and cut a smaller layer.  I edged this with lace and silver glitter.  I cut 6 Cheery Lynn Snowflake 2 and layered then with white flowers cut using Sizzix Flowers and Vines #3 die and a silver snowflake brad.  The image is from LOTV Winter Wonderland art pad which I tore and added silver glitter around the edge.  The greeting is hand written because I couldn't find a christmas greeting stamp!!  Would you believe it!  I am convinced I will turn around in a minute and a whole box full will fall on my head.  One of those days.  I added a bit of coffee and cake around the greeting and the edge of the card.

My penguin is taking his presents and visiting at

  2. Oh, I love this image, just too cute. And the way you have added the Cheery Lynn snowflakes around the edge of the card, just too frosty. Good luck and thanks for joining in on the fun at Cheery Lynn Designs challenge.
