Hello Nomad friends. Gosh, October!! One of my favourite months!!
I actually like the autumn season with it's gorgeous colours and all the bright harvest vegetables, but the shorter nights and cooler days do make me want to cosy down with warm blankets and hot chocolate!!! It also zaps the creativity a bit so this months moodboard at the Rubber Dance Blog gives some great ideas for themes and colours. I also like to look at challenge themes to see if they will spark ideas. This month the Lift Challenge has an interesting technique of stamping a repeating pattern and then colouring by stamping with another stamp. Well, I have plenty of stamps! So after a little thought this happened.
Thanks to the Lift Challenge for a fun technique.
I hope you feel inspired to get
out your stamps and create something today.

These butterflies are lovely Gail! Great idea to use the leave stamp to color them. Thank you for joining us at the lift challenge.
ReplyDeleteA lovely and bright take on the original card, Gail! The combination of butterflie and leafstamp works really well! Thanks for joining us again at the Liftchallenge.
ReplyDeleteDuck!! That's what we have to do in the paddocks when the Bees swarm, we have a couple of nests and they are terrifying in flight. But it's a great card for our theme, many thanks for joining us In the Garden at Allsorts challenge this week.
