He Said She Said

Hello.  Welcome.  My niece was here the other day and spotted a stamp in my stash.  Said it would make a perfect card for her dad cos he used to be a diver and he used to wear this kit.  The current VLVS challenge worked perfectly with the sea theme and the gorgeous blues and warm orange.

I stamped the divers and masked.  Then I stamped the admit ticket behind them.  I liked it so much I stamped it all over the background, masking as I went, using pale blue dye ink.  Then I sponged on Spiced Marmalade, Salty Ocean and Wilted Violet distress inks.  I cut the panel with a stitched rectangle die and then decided it needed a border.  I used a versamark pad to smudge around the panel and then embossed with dark blue powder.  Then I stamped the sentiment.  All stamps are VLVS.

Thanks for dropping by.  Hugz
