Hello. Welcome. The Craft Barn's Alpha Dictionary challenge has E as this fortnights letter. I really didn't want to go with elephant. I looked at many other alternatives. But then I realised it is. E is for elephant. Everyone knows that. Ask a child. A is for apple, B is for bear, bee, banana, box, well, OK let's move on...... C is for cat, D is for dog, E is for elephant.................. And I had this lovely stamp from Rubber Dance Stamps that fitted perfectly on my giant playing card so......
I kept this very simple. I covered my card with white paper, stamped Rubber Dance's Elephant and masked him. Then I took a piece of ripped paper and used the corner of my black archival ink pad to add a line of ink. Then I moved the ripped paper up the card and repeated. Might have to use that technique again. Definition from the OED.

I love the clean and simple look you have chosen for this letter and it shows the elephant off beautifully.
If I had such a beautiful elephant stamp I would have usd it as well. The monochrome colour scheme really shows the image off.
