Hello. Welcome. I am rarely trendy, and definitely not fashionable, so last month I really could not get into Christmas in July!! But here we are, 1st August and I'm kicking off the month with a christmas card using the Rubber Dance August challenge colours and theme........
I stamped the tree from Whimsical Winter, masked and stamped one of the flowers from Crazy Flowers 2 with Salty Ocean distress oxide. Then I stamped the sentiment from Christmas Tags with black archival and then the swirly stamp from Dancing Star with Salty Ocean distress oxide. I coloured the trees with green wink of stella pen and red sharpie for the trunks and some glitter on top.
The Rubber Dance challenge
runs until the end of the month. You can use the colours and/or the theme of Nature. Don't forget if you are shopping at Rubber Dance you can get free worldwide shipping with my code GTFreeShip when you spend over €15!
Hop over to the blog to see more amazing inspiration from the team and to link up your make. See you there. Hugz

Love your design with the circles behind the trees, Gail!

These trees are so perfect for Christmas too.

Christmas in August for a July Challenge...who would have thought that could be fun!
Your card is great. The flower circles with the trees look like a modern take on clouds with Trees. You did a good job with that theme challenge as well.
Thanks for taking part in the belated July Rudolph Challenge.
Very unique card. Your use of the two images is very creative. Thank you for entering your card this week at Tuesday Morning Sketches.
A great duo of inspiration--the color challenge and the sketch challenge! Love Wink of Stella and oxides, too, Gail. Great result!
Wonderful Christmas card! I like the fun tree stamp!
Thanks for playing along with us at Tuesday Morning Sketches
