Star Tag

Hello.  Welcome.  A tag, that thought about being a shaker, but changed it's mind.  I think I need to put shakers in the don't try this at home drawer.

I chose some hot pink card and cut it with a sizzix tag die.  Then I used Gummiapan's Star die to cut the aperture.  I also cut some lilac card with the same die and pieced the star frames back in.  I added a layer of acetate, but decided this wouldn't work as a shaker, so I used a tiny star stencil on blue card with gold ink.  The gold stars weren't showing very well so I added gold embossing powder and heated it.  A bit of bobbly wool and a sentiment from Unity stamps, stamped with archival and edged with distress ink.  Then I used iridescent watercolour medium all over to give a lovely glimmer effect.

Thanks for dropping by.  Hugz
