Pussy Cat, Pussy Cat.....

Hello everyone, well it's Friday evening and I feel like curling up with a good book, or maybe even a not so good book, and a cup of hot chocolate and forgetting all the things I should be doing.  Wishful thinking.  There just doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day, especially now it's getting dark so early.  It is still catching me unawares.  Anyway, here's a little project I have been working on.

I used white hammered card to make a tall thin card.  I used a piece of shimmery paper and a stick on frame in gold.  The cat is stamped on shrink plastic and coloured with watercolour pencils.  I punched two holes before shrinking and attached it to the card with a piece of red embroidery thread.  I have stamped a thank you in black ink below.

I am entering this for CASology Challenge #19 - Thanks

Love your little cat and his fancy frame - this must be the cat who went to London to visit the Queen, probably thanking her for her hospitality. See where my mind wanders? lol! I agree with you about the short days, too - once it's dark, I want to go to bed - too bad that's about 5:00 pm here, and there's no chance of it! Thanks so much for playing along with CASology this week!
