Hello. Welcome. I am so happy to be Growing In Unity this week. I am sharing a project every day showcasing Unity Stamps. If you leave a comment you have a chance to win a Unity grab bag of 25 stamps. Today I have made a card using the Joseph's Coat Technique.
I started with a piece of red card. I stamped the hexagons from Bee Happy Hexagons and the cycle from Love Life with Versamark ink and clear embossed. Then I covered it all with black ink. I wiped the embossed areas with a tissue but then decided to iron off the embossing to make the details really sharp and the colours brighter.
I stamped And Then There Was a Boy and the dog from The Boo Crew and fussy cut them. I attached the panel to a red base card, added the boy and his dog and added the sentiment 'thinking of you'.
Thanks for dropping by. Don't forget to leave a comment for a chance to win a Unity grab bag. I'll be back tomorrow with another project. Hugz

Ironing off the embossing was a crazy cool idea! Rubbing black all over ~ What a unique & Far Out effect!!!

This is just fabulous!! Love the quirky stamps and the bold red. LOVE your stamped resist technique with the added black coloring. I've used this technique in the past and am reminded of how much I like it.
