Christmas Traveler

Hello.  Welcome.  Here's a little non-traditional Christmas card for all you travelers.  Especially if you will be spending Christmas in a warm climate.

Over at Cheery Lynn the theme is red and green which inspired  me to colour High Hopes Snowbird red.  I usually go with blue but he looks quite good in the hot colours as well.  I cut Cheery Lynn's English Tea Party doily from green paper and backed it with red glitter card.  Then I added a Cheery Lynn compass cut from green glitter card.  The backing paper is Dovecraft and the ribbon reads God Jul, which is Norwegian for Merry Christmas.

  1. Gail, I love all the sparkle and shine from the glitter paper. And that bird is adorable as a redbird, so very festive. Good luck and thanks for joining in on the fun at Cheery Lynn Designs challenge.
