Hello. Welcome. Over at PaperArtsy this week Liesbeth Fidder used the Peeled Paint technique. Never heard of this before and quite honestly it sounded a bit bizarre. I decided to start small.....
I created a scene using Chatsworth Paper brayered with acrylic paints. Then I stencilled some bullrushes from PS007 and a moon. It's my first moon so please be gentle with me. I added some strange grasses using ELB04 stamps and black archival. The first one was too dark so I used second generation stamping with the rest. Then added some white bubbles using the stamp from SM12
I stamped on Chatsworth paper using an LPC022 stamp, cut using PaperArtsy dragonfly die and tried the peeled paint technique with Peacoat. Wow, it worked. Added some Ultramarine gilding wax and some chalky blue paint to lighten the edges.
