Front and Back

This is just a little post to explain how I made the front and back cover of my calendar for The Craft Barn Challenge

The front cover was made using Sizzix Bingo embossing folder.   I coloured the embossed card using dew drop ink pads and then inked the raised areas with Memento Tuxedo black.  I used a Sizzix alphabet Ida Lou's Flower Box to cut the 2013 and Memory Box Serafina Heart in gold mirror card.

The back cover is a figure from Panduro unmounted stamp set 'Filurer' stamped with gold ink.  Then the saying and the moon and star doodles are freehand with a gold pen.

  1. Fantastic post, love the collection of calendar pages and the individual pages for us to enjoy looking at again. The front cover is very effective with the clever use of the numbers using the Bingo embossing folder. Looking forward to 2013 and seeing more of your wonderful ideas.

    Best wishes Sylv x
