Challenging Fun

Hello.  Welcome.  I am a member of a fb group that is for tags and ATC's.  This month Jorunn wants CAS but with a few extra items.  She wants us to include newspaper or old book paper, stencil and paste, 2 colours, but you can also use black and washi tape!  Oh, and some drops of mist/ink/paint.  Are you serious??  On a tag or ATC and keep it CAS??!!  Well, I do like a challenge so how about this.......

By golly, I think I've cracked it!  Quite pleased with this and it was so much fun.  Thanks Jorunn.   I used yellow and white with black.

So, I stuck a piece of black/clear stripey washi tape on a piece of bright yellow card and cut my tag using Stamplorations large Luggage Tag die, making sure the tape was off the edge (but that's for a whole other challenge LOL).  Then I used a polka dot stencil and yellow Dreamweavers texture paste along the base of the tag.  I dripped some drops of yellow dylusions spray and dilute white acrylic paint, the yellow drops are those greasy looking spots.  They are much more distinct in the real LOL.

I stamped and embossed the lamb from Rubber Dance Textured Spring on old book paper and fussy cut him.  I added him to the edge of the tag and then decided it needed a sentiment.  I wanted to keep it small so I stamped the surprise inside sentiment from Rubber Dance Happy Birthday set onto shrink plastic and skrunk it.  A bit of black wool and it's done.  I might have to try this again.  It was fun.

Thanks for dropping by.  Hugz
