Listen to the Dog

Hello.  Welcome.  It's been a long time since I have been so absent from my blog and craft room, but spring is here and there are big changes happening in the garden.  I have treated myself to a new greenhouse and am working hard preparing a space.  I am hoping for a year filled with homegrown fruit and veg.  Last year was a washout.  This year will be better.

The House That Stamps Built want dogs.  This cutie from VLVS sprang to mind, so I've gone in shades of brown to match the challenge colours.

I cut my ATC from brown bazzill card.  I used Stamplorations Flutters and Splatters stencil and Ground Espresso distress ink.  I stamped VLVS Dog on book paper and fussy cut.  I stamped the VLVS sentiment with Fossilised Amber distress and clear embossed.  Then I cut it up and arranged it on my ATC.  Finally I went around the edges with black archival.

Thanks for dropping by.  I appreciate your visits and your comments.  Hugz

  5. Is that an Airedale? I had an Airedale - Bisquit - the love of my life! I hope the green house isn't killing you....

    1. Hi Deborah. This could very well be an Airedale. It's got that look. Maybe a puppy. I had a look on the VLVS site and it's just listed as dog cocking head. Hugz
