Technique Time at Let's Squash It!

Hello Nomad friends.  It's Technique Time over at Let's Squash It! and Jo has let me loose on the blog to talk about cutting things up!  You thought we were all about embossing folders didn't you??  Well, we are, but I have a few tips and ideas to share on making the most of some of those fancy folders you can get and also how to stretch the ones you have in your collection and make them more versatile.  I made this birthday card using Sheena Douglas Web Flowers folder.  It's not just for Halloween you know bwahahhaaaaaa.

I inked the folder with Candied Apple distress oxide and embossed a scrap of yellow card.  I fussy cut the flowers and then added a Stamplorations die cut sentiment cut from some orange and black scraps.

Hop over and check out all the fun we are having with our embossing folders and pop back on the 10th for a new challenge.  See you there.

Thanks for dropping by.   Hugz
