Licensed To Fly - 31 Days of Halloween Day 3

Hello my spooktacular friends.  I suppose if you are at witch school it's a great idea to get your broomstick license in time for the big day, so about now they will be taking all those awful school photographs.  Smile!!!!!


I used a Marianne Designs cut and emboss folder with a panel of patterned paper.  I highlighted the embossing with dark green ink and added the panel to a dark green card base.  The witch is an MME Blackbird glittered chippy and she is a lot, lot older than she looks bwahhahaahahaa.  I added the Cheery Lynn Bootastic diecut sentiment.  I cut it 4 times and layered it to make it similarly chunky as the witch.
